Family has always been the driving force of all operations I'm linked to. When my first born finally grew in hair, I began making hairbows and started a small business selling teeny tiny magnetic bows. When my second child's first birthday rolled around and there were no sock monkey party goods to be found, I made them and blogged about it. Shortly after, I started receiving orders for cake toppers and paper goods, so I opened an Etsy shop and have been on a journey ever since.

Since 2009, I've been known as Oh My Gluestick, but that all changed this year. I switched to Little Ashwell House in honor of the place where our family grows strong in our tiny house. With few walls between us, we flourish in communication and closeness. It's not always easy, but we are a strong unit and overcome any obstacle we face together as a family.

In our small home, big love grows free. The few walls between us are full of hand painted signs and huge family portraits of our special moments together. Anyone who visits, instantly feels at ease and comfortable in our cozy space. Friends and family began making requests for the treasures that boast on our walls, so I started offering them in the shop.

Raising our four kids is my favorite job in the world. There is nothing like it and no reward is greater than their little faces looking up at me. They take part in everything I do for the shop from collecting wood to passing out business cards at our booth. Your shopping experience with Little Ashwell House is truly a family production.
